File I downloaded is empty or corrupted This might happen because the file got corrupted in the download process. Try another internet browser and it will fix the problem. Also, make sure your network connection is not lost at any point during your download. Sometimes the network connection may be lost if your computer goes to sleep, which may result in a corrupted .zip file.

How do I receive the download files after making a purchase?

Once you make the purchase you will receive an e-mail with the download links. You will also be able to see the download links on the “My orders” screen right after the successful payment.

Most likely your bank is declining the payment and only the bank can solve the problem. We suggest to contact your bank and ask them why the payment was declined.
